To make a Rainbow

The original title was to long "You need Rain and Sunshine to make a Rainbow" Ho-oh and Lugia don't always have to hate each other ^^. And Lugia looks shitty, I know. I got the point. X_X but I tried a new style of wings for ho-oh and I like the results. I also like the concept of this pic.
